Let me be real with you…
I didn’t start out as a fitness coach. I spent nearly two decades in the high-pressure world of luxury fashion — building brands, surviving 80-hour weeks, and living in a body that didn’t feel like mine. Stress, burnout, yo-yo dieting, wine dinners, “I’ll start Monday” — I’ve done it all.
But when I finally got serious about my health, everything changed. I dropped the fads, committed to strength training, dialed in my nutrition, and rebuilt myself from the ground up. That transformation wasn’t just physical — it gave me back my confidence, my energy, and my power.
Now, I coach women who are just like I was: high-achieving, successful on paper, but exhausted, frustrated, and ready for more. My clients aren’t looking for another quick fix. They want a lifestyle reset that actually works — and lasts.
What I teach is simple:

Because you don’t need another cheerleader telling you it’s “okay” to keep playing small. You need someone who will push you, hold you accountable, and give you the exact blueprint to finally get results.
This isn’t about fitting into society’s standards. It’s about stepping into your power — and finally feeling unstoppable in your own skin.
